We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful studio environment. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Appointment & Booking
We operate by appointment only.
All tattoo, piercing, and microblading services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. The deposit will be credited toward your final service price.
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time. Punctuality ensures that all scheduled time slots can be respected and that each client receives our full attention.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change.
• If you cancel or reschedule at least 7 days before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date or fully refunded.
• Changes made less than 4 days before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or on the same day will result in a charge of 80% of the scheduled service price.
Age Requirements
Tattoo services are available only to clients 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.
Piercing services for minors are performed strictly in accordance with Texas law and require proper parental presence and documentation.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, including allergies, blood disorders, epilepsy, HIV, hepatitis, or the use of blood thinning medication.
Tattooing is not performed:
• During pregnancy
• While breastfeeding
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
We reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety concerns arise.
Touch Ups
One complimentary touch up is included within the first 3 months after your tattoo appointment. After this period, additional touch ups may incur a fee.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after the session and may be made by cash or card.
Design Ownership
All custom tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Photography & Media
We may photograph completed work for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer not to have your tattoo shared, please inform us before your appointment.
Liability
Clients are responsible for following proper aftercare instructions. We are not liable for complications resulting from improper aftercare.
We are not responsible for clothing that may be stained during the procedure.
